Has ANYONE ever seen this happen before??? PICS***
I will say this is a first to me....
Guy brought me his ski saying "It wont go anywhere when its in the water"
Im thinking Carbon seal, Impeller, Wear ring,Trash around the drive shaft etc etc....
Pull the driveshaft and put my finger inside the PTO and it pulled right out! The end of the crank is broken off inside it
And this is ski is no hot rod! Its a bone stock 04GTX N/A. Has anyone had this happen to them before?

Must have had a serious vibration from misalignment or motor mount broken.

Motor mounts are tight! The story is he accidently turned on the hose before starting it up. When he hit the start button it was already hydrolocked. he pulled the plugs, cleared the cyls, flushed the oil a few times and got it back up and running. Put it back in the water and would not go anywhere. Other than that it ran great before he flushed it wrong.
Must have been one HELL of a kickback when he tried to start it!
Ive hydrolocked plenty of engines while they were RUNNING and never saw this happen, weird how it could do this by just trying to start it one time with water in the cyls...

Umm....let me guess.....ski is an 03 model. More common than u think. The only year u don't want to mod for sure. If it's an 03, makes the 6th one I have seen or know of. Flaw in crank from the manufacturer.
