    sl 750 vents

    i forgot one more thing, on my ski i found what i think is a fuel vent in the tank when i removed it. it was not connected to anything, im just wondering is running a straight hose up by the dash with no vent fine or should i get new ones

    What year is your SL 750?

    The fuel tank venting system is supposed to maintain slightly positive air pressure, and has a vacuum relief check valve in addition to the pressure relief check valve (which vents through the rubber connection).

    New check valves are not expensive. Just make sure you install them correctly.
