Engine Warning Light
Today I finished putting my GPR (03, 1300) back together and started it for the first time. It cranked up and fired first try but I got the engine warning light and buzzer sound. I know the battery is low as I started it with one of those portable battery jumpers you can buy. Could the low charge on the batter cause this to be happening or is there something else that I need to check?
There is a d-plate and chip installed on the ski and it was already installed last season while riding the ski with no issues.

a little update..... I now have a new battery in the ski and done a better compression check it came out to almost 120 across the board. While doing the compression check I noticed that my hour meter on my ski has went from 74 something now down to 41 hours. This had done this since sitting over the winter with the engine out. Do you suppose my gauge cluster has went back causing me to get this engine warning???
