    93 sl750 engine shims

Getting ready to install a 95 jet pump in my 93 sl750, How do I make 1/32" shims? Does anyone have a picture of what they look like?

They're just thin SS fender washers basically.

You can make your own shims out of anything really.

Thin pieces of aluminum sheets or plastic would work. Check out the Home Depot and see what they have for material. Then all you need to do is drill them with something like a 1 1/4" hole saw to make the shims.

Or you can just cut them square and drill a hole. Either way. Like I said, easy.....
