2007 yamaha 1300r
Please help, went and got my skis out from the winter and in the yamaha i had quite a bit of 2 stroke oil in the right foot well. I took the right ferring off and the only thing i could see that it could have came from is the rollover valve sitting right above the right foot well... I called 2 dealers and they could not explain where else that oil could have came from. Thinking i might just get a new rollover valve and put it on and see if that solves the problem, just wondering if anyone else has had a problem with this and where else it could be coming from???..Checked clamp and hose and seemed to be fine, never had a problem with it when we put them away for the summer......

I've had this problem when I topped off the oil tank to the top the trailered the ski. It then got pulled out of the vent by airflow over the vent, or it may have just splashed out. It only happened after I trailered it to the lake. Once I realized what happened i just didn't fill it all the way and top it off. Problem solved.
