Exclamation Which is best? seadoo RXP/XP or yamaha gp1300r?

    Hi all,
im wondering which machine performs best and is the cheapest to repair/service?

Im looking at a RXP 2006, XP DI 2004, and Yamaha GP1300r 2006.

The RXP and GP1300r cost the same...!!! both 19 hours.

The XP di 2004 is 5500 dollars cheaper. 50 hours/new service.

Which should i choose... which performs best...? which is the best for wave jumping..? which is cheapest to repair on?

    Thanks... jesper from Denmark.

In my opinion for wave jumping u need to get the rxp ! it has exelent throttle response and hole shot ,ideal for lining up waves

xp di would be my choice for waves. not to mention MUCH cheaper to repair, crazy fuel economy. of course u wont go nearly as fast as an rxp.

I put 130 hrs on a di motor.

Incredible fuel economy, light weight. Keep it stock and it will run a
    long time.

The lightest performance craft built since the Spx in 97.

Also, my friend Duke has one with pipes and all the good stuff.

Its a handfull up to 70 miles per hour.

what did i say.... electronics on them DIs see it all the time, thanks for verifying Andy

the XPDI will be more playful, more fun in the turns and more fun in the surf..... but the fun factor, raw power, and 4-stroke aspect of the RXP is tough to compare with an XP... i'd get the RXP myself and make sure you put metal washers on the supercharger and it should be a very fun reliable machine for the most part
