    My Turn, Ceramic or Not?

2005 RXP I just got and am afraid to even take it out until I know if the washers have been changed.

Previous owner said they were changed 2 years ago, how do I know?

He was wrong. Those are the ceramic washers.
How many hours on the ski? If 100 hours or close to that then a full rebuild needs to be done. Not just washers.

All of them. Rebuild the whole unit or rebuild the motor when they fail. Your choice.

Just curious as the 2 closest to the gear seem to be different color.

And I thought the washer replacement was 2 washers? You're saying all of them?

The ski has 78 hours, I ride about 20 a year, I was planning on a rebuild at the end of the year. Guess I'll have to do it now.

That would be the safer bet. You will be good for another 100 hours. Nothing like piece of mind on the water.

I'm just wondering if one failed and they went in and only replaced that one.

Just worried if anything else may be wrong.
