The link that Jerry put up has a wealth of info. One caution; the freezer trick only works for the old style wear rings. If you have a new style one in there right now you are replacing, you either need to use a sawzall, dremel tool, or other tool to cut at the old one to get it out. To install the new ones, you must either press them in or beat on them with a block and hammer. (I just pressed one in yesterday; it is really easy with a typical hydraulic press)

Old style ones are white in color, new one's are either black or sometimes yellow I do believe. I still use the old style for now, till i get a stainless wear ring

Take the prop out and cut it(wear ring) out with a dremel or chisel and pull it out with a pair of pliers or vice grips. Lay the new one on the pump on a padded surface and beat the hell out of it and it will go in pretty good. Other than that, you are good. Be sure to tighten the prop back down before installation...

The one I just bought last week is white; the latest part number is 267000372. I first tried the block/ big fukking hammer method, it didn't budge, seemed to be a bit bigger than the last (yellowish) one I bought.

I put it in my 20 ton press; it went right in with no issues.
