Just start the engine try the trim to see if the nozzle moves. Just don't run the engine for more than 15 or 20 seconds. If the trim is all the way down, it will almost bury the nose on acceleration. When its all the way up, the ski will almost jump out of the water.

Have someone watch the nozzle when on the trailer. Start the ski and press the button. Does it move????

Don't run the engine for more than 15 secs though like this.

I would open the electrical box and put 12 volt power to the trim motor. See if it runs. It may be rusted/frozen up. Remove the plastic cover on the trim motor housing and look at the motor. it may have corrosion that locked it up. A lot of times it can be cleaned up and made to work again.

Try electric motor cleaner. It comes in a spray can.
