I just bought a brand new 2011 I was happy when i was in the showroom but when i started racing with the new 300 Kawasaki that ski just killed me!!.. Now.. I am a daily driver i live in kuwait so all what we have is rough seas. The ski has 2 hours on it and i am ready to pump cash into it ( no budget ). I want to be doing at least 85mph.. Another thing if you guys can recommend a vendor that i can buy the parts from. I dont mind i'll do anything ill even do turbo and meth

Go turbo. Much easier to reach 85+. Also must be nice having no budget..

Break the engine in first. I would then go turbo. Way to go.

my opinion is that the turbo solution is not suitable for the open sea. My friend has a turbo rxp and with the impeller poping out of the water all the time....not the best results. The rpms go up and down and things are confused. A turbo solution would be best for lake use. JMO. If you do some carefull mods you will easily outrun those kawis with , however there is a faster ski in the market and is producing 325hp the company is Benelly. If they prove to be reliable then we have a winner!

If you have no budget the posibillities are endless. Definitely go with a turbo and a standalone ECU like a Motec and add a couple other goodies and you should be seeing 90MPH+ without a problem and you will never have a problem with a kawasaki or almost any ski out there.
Our turbo kit can be found in the online store here:
