Can't believe they think a 1200cc 2 stroke is competetive. They should have raised the limit to 1400cc.

As far as I can see the IJSBA is nailing the coffin shut. Are these rules being written by somebody that races or a pencil pusher? Im finding it harder and harder to like watercraft racing anymore the bull**** just keeps getting thicker.

I know I'm gonna get a nasty phone call over this, but I can't help myself.... The only thing they are nailing shut is themselves. Those were HORRIBLE rule changes.

    Keep your eyes open...

At least this opens up room for developing new bottoms.

speaking of bottoms. i now have racing rxp bottoms available. they are made by franky zapata and are exactly the same as his. not cheap at approx 8500 plus shipping for the bottom including aluminum pump shoe but the fastest way around the race course. i will release the exact price as soon as it is available. they are lightweight fiberglass. he didn't make them out of carbon fiber because they are already too light. you will have to add weight to bring it up to legal race weight.

So now that my GPR is a classic (Rule # 8 ) Does that make it worth more?

Obviously the IJSBA wants everything to move over to 4 strokes. But, it does look like I can bump my classic up to 1350. I can only imagine the people I would have to race in the open class.
