compression isnt a good measure. They just need to be within 20lb of each other. You should ride it if there is something wrong you will know it. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU RIDE IT !!!! cant say that enough. the DI is a complex and expensive machine you average Tech cant fix them so dont step into that trap. A good running DI is the incredible. Sips gas and runs better than most 951. A Bad one and you can have a real headache.

within 20lbs of each other??? if they are the motor is junk... hell more than 8lb difference between the 2 cylinders and it should be rebuilt..

I gotta say I bought a 2001 951 Di which was lying in pieces,.. seized crank, broken piston.
Bought replacements and re-built it myself,... first jetski project ever for me.
It had me tearing my hair out now and then, but read the on-line manual several times and got it running after cleaning the pump,.. the compressor, the fuel rails and injector, hehe,.... almost every moving part !!!
Wouldn't buy another to re-build tho,.. theyr'e too technical for me.
My compressions were 130 mag... 120 pto.
