When my seat gets hot i usually just sit on it and take it like a man!

When its really hot, i splash a little water on the seat, sit, and take it like a man

When its scorching hot i usually splash twice, sit, take it like a man.

When its hotter than Haiti, i usually cry, but still sit and take it like a man

When the seat is in flames, i will hose it down and call the insurance company. $16/month mod.

What color is the seat? I've ridden my 'Skis many times when it was over 100° (it's been 108° three days this week) and now problem. Splash some water on it and man up!

You know as much as I would love to just pull this entire thread, I feel it is important to show that no mater what we all think about something, someone feel it was important enough to post.
Since it was asked I guess I have to ask Texoma, are you feeling your seat was getting hot from your engine heating it from the underside or the actual sun on the BLACK VINYL. If your felt it was your engine but no temp alarm and water flowing out of your pisser on the Starboard Bow you are ok. Just use your towel or change your seat cover to a better color. That was Mod G.L. talking.

The real G.L. is dying right now and actually restraining himself. Sorry Tex but you have to admit this is pretty funny.

ok, in all seriousness. It is bc of this same reason why I use a Black seat at the beginning and end of the season, and use the silver seat during the "HOT" months, no joke, if you rest your forearm mistakenly on the black seat in one of those 90* days it will surprise ya!... I have 2 seats with air mods but for the GPR, but you get the idea!
never had a problem with a hot seat while riding, just when hanging out and leaning on the seat by accident, wow!

That's why I asked the seat color. Never could figure out why Kawasaki made black seats.
