    separating exhaust

I removed all the bolts that hold in the back portion of the exhaust. I am trying to separate it from the rubber joint but it looks like there are more hose clamps inside there. What is the best way of being able to remove this piece?

Loosen the clamps up on the outside boot and slide it to the front of the ski you should have room to loosen the internal boot clamp.

Dont forget the 2 bolts between the pipe and cylinders.

Ha. no problem. There is a second coupling underneth the first one. It also has two SS clamps. The outer boot will slide forward to expose the one underneath It also helps to remove your waterbox at the other end. That way when everything is loosened up, you'll have some room to work. Dont forget to unhook your temp sensor.

Also when re-installing that same double coupler set up pay close attention to clamp placement on inner boot the outer boot has bumps to accommodate inner clamps
