10hrs on the rebuild and just having a look:

10.16 hours on the ski now. pulled the plugs to have a look. Piston wash looks good and normal for a stock ski. maybe just a bit better wash than stock as far as I can remember.
Plugs had a bit of carbon on them, most likely from premixing. Plug cores looked good all equal in color.
    Compression numbers also looked good:
    cyl. 1 128-130
    cyl. 2 128-130
    cyl. 3 125-128

    crappy cell phone pics...
    1st pic - cyl.1
    2nd pic - cyl.2&3

and installed new plugs of course...

Looking good Andy, we'll be out there on the river pretty much every Monday morning (depending upon tides) through the Summer. So far so good on my 02 GP1200R after the winter rebuild.

    Talk to ya soon,

    Mike

Typically Crowley's landing or possibly Port and we meet over near the parkway bridge.

    nice!
same here crowleys. I have yet to launch at parkertown this year. that is the other side of Great bay BLVD.
where do you normally ride to? I can easily burn a tank from crowleys, out to the bay, hit mystik, back into the river, then the wading, then back into the mullica and home...
where is there a launch at Port? you mean chestnut neck?

Not chestnut neck, in Port behind the tennis courts next to the beach. We'll ride from Crowley's to great bay and over into Port Republic. Nice ride. Typically though we hangout on the river side of the parkway bridge. Haven't been to mystic yet. Into New Gretna on occasion. Like to launch from crowleys though due to fresh water in/out. Not sure where Parkertown is.
