    800r bogging

got a question i got a 800r and its been running great but all of a sudden when it gets warmed up it wants to bogg and wont go over 4000 rpms?
is the problem the thermal switch?,and can the switch be disconnected like the super jets?forgot to mention the ski is not over heating in anyway.

Ok i drained the tank put in new fuel did compression test,130 front 128 rear, but i also found on the top of my plugs the cap?not sure what there called had backed them selves off about 3 turns.could this be causing a spark issue?plug color is perfect at light brown.
Also did some searching and found a few other things to try like the fuel door or just tearing into the carbs and rebuliding, but nothing on the thermal switch?
