Gasflowing head on 260x?
Do any of you guys know if gasflowing the head will yield any results? The intake-side is very rough to the touch. Thank's!

because of its limited flow capacity, you will see gains by porting the head and changing cams etc , but just dont expect the same results as you do on other engine platforms...........
Rough to touch doesnt mean they cant flow good either , many new CNC ported cylinder heads still retain different level of texture to the port surface and can flow much better than a slick smooth surface.

Thank's for the reply guys! I think i'll leave it be then but will put in a 300 filter on the exhuast manifold to try and stop the moister problem I got with my ski. Here where I am Kawa is retro fitting it to some 260's with that problem under warranty. Thank's again.
