PayPal User Pro's
In PayPal there is a monthly withdrawal limit of $500. There is an option that states this limit can be raised for a fee of $1.95 that will be charged to the enrolled credit card. Is this $1.95 fee monthly or a one time deal and then there is never a fee involved with no monthly withdrawal limit?

What is the Withdrawal Limit for new U.S. Personal accounts?
New Personal account holders are limited to withdrawing $500.00 USD per month from their PayPal account. The start of a month is determined by when the PayPal account was opened (for example, May 15 to June 15).
The Withdrawal Limit can be removed by authenticating your identity.
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click the View Limits link next to your balance information.
- Click the Lift This Limit link.
- Complete the steps on the To Do list to lift your Withdrawal Limit.
How can I remove my Withdrawal Limit?
To remove the Withdrawal Limit, simply verify your identity.
- Click the My Accounts tab.
- Click the View Limits link next to the Balance Information box.
- Click the lift this limit link.
- Complete the steps on the To Do list to lift the Withdrawal Limit.

yea man... just verify yourself and get a full blown account.. it's still free.... and you can withdraw all the money you want.
i've gotta do this myself still... i have two acconts a "business/premier" account and a personal account. I have 2 grand sitting in the personal account that i can't even withdraw bc of the 500 limit and also because my checking account is alreayd linked to a different paypal account. they wont let me link my checking account to multiple paypal accounts....
can always just request a check from them for what... like $1.50 fee and they'll send you a check?

Thanks Guys, but when I try to do the one where I enter my SSN, it says this "We are sorry, we are experiencing temporary difficulties. Please try again later. If this error occurred while making a payment, avoid duplicate payments by checking your Account Overview before resending a payment." This error has come up for weeks. It is like they want you to do that $1.95 deal but I am not sure if they will take that monthly. What can I say, that $1.95 a month will buy me 2 snickers bars from the vending machine at work so why should I give it to them.... Now if it is one time deal, I like it..... Only thing I am trying to do is keep it in my regular savings account, not PayPal's...

Hmmmm, got it resolved. It took a phone call to them and apparently they had to reset something with my account to allow this. Once they did this, I was able to enter my SSN and it took....

Just for info guys I keep two Paypal accts:
One for my buds like ya'll that is my personal acct and does not take 3percent of every transaction, but I also can't take CC's with this acct.
Then a Second acct: My premier acct for bussiness transactions or for people wanting to use CC's. On this acct: I am charged 3% every transaction.
