    Tip of the day for those running secondary supercharger clutches.

    Put a 15 thou shim between the supercharger and the block.

    That's because the seafood (seadoo I meant) cog is just a fraction to big for the rest of the design.
    Raise the supercharger from the deck and it gives more clearance.

    Seafood cog ? Are we talking superchargers or oysters kilpatrick ? Are you making reference to any particular brand of secondary clutch ?

    just curious how you were able to verify the clearance issue?
    Wonder if this a universal problem with all fitments but I think I will inspect the tips of my rotax gear teeth later today and see if it is showing wear.

    anymore info or experience with this from others?
    I just did a 140 mile ride with the FZand rotax clutch with no trouble. I am hoping to pull it and inspect tomorrow to determine if I need to shim.
