1997 SLT700 Steering Cable Replacement - Any Tips?

Have a 97 SLT700 and need to replace the steering cable. Picked up a used one, and am wondering what it takes to replace the cable? I searched the forum and did not find a discussion or a tech tip for this question.

Anyone have pointers who have done this before?

Thanks in advance for your time,

    Welcome to the Hulk.

Kinda straight forward. Remove and replace.

You will need toadjust the cable at both end most likely. (slightly tedious, but not difficult)

Yeah you were right. Wasn't sure if the cable snaked through the hull or anything else weird like that. Straight forward, but the cable adjustment is a PITA. Still working on it

    thanks for the info
