    GTS 130 custom

I just picked up a 2011 GTS 130 for when we park the boat on the islands, to play around with. Liked the color (red) better than the GTI 130, and don't care about the brake.... one more thing to break and makes the boat heavier

Anyways, i was shocked at how quickly this thing accelerated for an entry level boat. Jumped right on plane and does 54 mph GPS too. Definitely didn't expect that, so now im thinking of modifying it (naturally). It's also crazy that we view 130hp as the slow seadoo's. I remember when the slowest seadoo was 50hp, and the top of the line was around 60. This thing is light for being so big and real fun. Anyways, on to the question:

I have searched, and this being a new boat, theres not much out there. So can you point me in the direction of a shop/site who does good custom work? Id like to remove the d-sea-bel, change intakes and possibly change the impeller.

    Hi,welcome to the forum!
The new GTI-GTS run the same pump as the 2009-2010 models. You can use a good prop at first and you can also remove the filter that is in the intake manifold.I think you can use the intake grate as well but I have to check it out for sure! With these mods you will see a couple miles on top speed and better acceleration as well!Stay tuned, more parts for these skis are on the way!!!
Here is the best shop for you:http://www.4-tecperformance.com/
    Ride safe,

Thanks for the reply, Im clueless about these variable pitch props though. I really don't even know what pitch prop it came with, it only says stainless steel on the seadoo web site.
