Short term moorage (A place to park) In false creek?

Id like to take the girlfriend out for dinner for a one year anniversary she mentioned taking the Fz somewhere. Anywhere to park in false creek? Or any waterfront restaurants? Coming from bowen island, done the ride and loved it. Been trying to get her out that way for a while. gibsons is outta of the question. We go to grammas or smittys sometimes twice a week in the summer.

Granville Island Public Market dock. Free parking. Take a cable lock, just in case. Tons of low end to high end eats right there. Bridges, Keg, etc. Might be able to dock at Monk McQueens by Cambie Street Bridge, or Plaza of Nations, or False Creek Yacht Club. Bring your dumbass, useless, tax grab boater card and safety gear for when you pass by the Coast Guard station, on the way in / out.

Yup, as swamp king said, Granville Island is your best bet... you can hit Bridges but IMO they're overpriced and the food doesn't match the price! I havn't been there in a while...

Phoned the C restaurant (girlfriends request) and they said to call the flase creek yacht club. I was able to reserve a spot for 12 hours at 2 dollars a foot! Cheaper than the ferry. Headed out tonight unless the winds get crazy.
