Angry WSM and SBT vs Keihen CDK2 carb kits

Have you had any problems with aftermarket carb kits?

I have 2 cdk2 carbs that have me stumped , they both surge at mid range but when you punch it twice it takes off, the pop off is 18lbs and all new parts including fuel pump.

I have other carbs that i put on and they work fine. Have you had anything like this happen to you?

Others have reported that genuine OEM Keihin carburetor rebuild kits are the best choice.

Verify that the accelerator pump is actually pumping. You may need to use a small screwdriver to force the accelerator pump beyond its normal travel in order to get it properly primed.
