    Those With ET Xtreme & Race Chargers

    What boost # are you seeing from your 70-145 Race Charger.

    Are the quoted figures from their Website Charger psi @ discharge? (As Les Cooke Quotes) or are they supposed to reflect manifold pressure? I realise the variables involved with this figure.


    Also interested to know what guys running the 68-140 extreme are seeing?

    Was seeing 16 @ 8560........ only just got the ski on the water and have a heap of tuning to do. Also need to confirm that number as im using a cheap electronic gauge. Gauge is off stock IC block off.

    Had a leaking IC pipe so need to go right over all my clamps and make sure they are fitted as well as can be.

    What are you seeing from your 3 Rude?

    I am seeing 18-19 psi at 9K at the intake manifold.

    I'll let you know tomorrow, just got my 68-140le today. Going to the lake to test and tune tomorrow

    Will the stock intake manifold withstand those levels of boost? I thought it's point of failure was @17psi. I'd like to hear how you guys are running those pressures!

    I went out today with my 68-140 extreme and it was 13.8-14 psi all day at 8400! but I need some prop work bad, And my AFR gauge is f'n up so I think Im rich at WOT 11.0-11.2 Hope this helps!!

    I Beleave it's around 20 psi

    JP's head is stock except for Riva springs and retainers.

    The ET 70-145 I had would produce 20lbs at the manifold @ 9k. 3Rude I have now makes about 19 at 9k.

    The stock manifold is holding up but probably at its limit. We also make sure the motor can move around and not put to much stress on the manifold with the I/C lines. I think thats the most common cause of failure.
