    Yet another supercharger question!

Hi all, new to the site so sorry if the questions been asked!

Ive been scouring the site all weekend but cannot find the answers I need.
I have a 2006 seadoo challenger 180. I'm the second owner from new and have only owned it just over a month now. I used to own a seadoo sportster le, so I am familiar with jet boats.

My question is does anyone have a guide to removing/rebuilding the supercharger? I know the boat has low hours, as the previous owner only used it 3 or 4 times a year, and didn't even use it last season. My brother will be doing the work, as he is very handy with is hands as he builds aircraft engines for a living.

Also can anyone recommend a place to purchase the washers/rebuild kit, as I've seen a few on eBay but I'm a bit cautious.

Any help will be greatly received!

    Thanks, ted.

    Ted welcome to the Hulk.

Thanks for the rapid response beerdart. im checking these links as i type!

Is it best to rebuild the whole sc or just change the washers? Do you also know how long it takes to remove and rebuild charger? as I need to sort it before my brothers stag do at the end of july.

    Thanks, Ted
