coating inside of cylinder water jackets
know its done on the 4 strokes yamaha and 4-tec's, but what about the 787? im building a 787 to put in a hx hull and while the motor is out and apart and geting worked on thought about coating the inside of the cylinder water passages. I ride mostly in salt out in the atlantic ocean so preventing corrosion is a must. I flush my ski's after every use, even flush with ajax or dawn dish soap to fight corrosion, wash down engine and inside hull, dry off and spray down with crc 656 lubricant to help fight corrosion.
but still always looking for more ways to make the ski and engine last longer.
