    Supercharger tools

    Hi i am going to upgrade my sc washers and have been reading the posts in the how to section, thanks for the thread btw should be great help. Anyway was wondering do i need the sc shaft tool? Thanks

    Yes, this is the best tool for the job

    It's not necessary, but helpful to have this to help hold the supercharger steady in a vice while you work on the supercharger

    Thanks for reply greenhulk, thats the tool i have been looking, problem is i am from uk, the tools are alot more expensive here its over £60 here instead of $59. Is the tool a neccesity? If it is does anywear know where the best place is to get one in uk or europe?

    Whilst pulling my sc i was thinking off fitting a bov is this advised or would i not benefit from this at all?

    The overall experience here seems to be more negative effects than good with running a BOV.

    I would not run one. Not good for the clutch.
