    GPR1500 build finally begins

I've been trying to get all the parts and time lined up for some time now. Finally pulled ski in over the weekend and gutted the hull in preparation for the build. List of mods(subject to change lol)
    Hull
Trued and lightened( with a couple secret mods to bottom)
Rear rubrail filled in like leos holeshot kit
Scat 14 vein pump with scat prop( pitch not yet determined- lot of testing ahead)
    Umi fatbar steering
    Riva mech trim tabs
    Riva modded rideplate
    Single bar intake
Custom paint-candy blue bottom and hood with lambo orange pearl upper
Custom 3 color seat cover in orange-blue and black non slip
    Pads tbd
All unused holes filled before paint(oil fill-fuel selector ect)

    Motor
    90 mm ported 66e cylinders
    Ported cases
    Riva heads with girdle
Trued and welded hotrods crank by crankworks
    R&d intake
    Riva/r&d m16 reeds
Novi 48mm carbs with triple pickup
    Proks
    Msd total loss ignition
    Riva gas powervalves
    Speedwerx triples
    Tdr waterbox
    100 hp progressive nitrous system

I know my list isn't complete as I can't think of everything yet. Cylinders are at millineum getting bored, when they come back I have to finish the porting then send back for plating. I will post pics as build progresses. Hoping my head and base gaskets make it here from cometic by the time the cylinders are back(3 thicknesses of each) so I can do a mock up of the motor. Hull is comoletly cleaned and stripped and getting flipped tomorrow to start on bottom mods. This is strictly a lake grudge match/ drag race ski, won't see much rec riding.

I'm excited about this one. Sold the stage 2 rxp last year to go back to two strokes. Hard to find the time to work on my own ski but it will slowly come along. Forgot cocos tunnel reinforcement and r&d inserts.

Working on bottom of hull right now doing mockup of mech tabs
And riva tabs thinking about welding into one unit. As soon as cylinders come back from millineum I'm going to do a mock up of the motor so I can get gasket thicknesses and have cometic cut them. Hopefully be posting pics this week. Right now it's just a empty upside down hull. Lol

    cylinders back from millineum

Got the cylinders back from millineum. 90mm bore. Somehow I have to find time to do the porting -then send back for plating. Still waiting for gaskets to arrive so I can do mockup-then Ill send Lowell my heads to cut and cylinders back to millineum. Photo of 90mm piston-cylinder and 90mm piston vs stock 80mm cylinder.Click image for larger version.
