Upgrading to Fizzle IC and ride plate mod

I am getting a bonus from work and I am looking at upgrading my ICer RRFPR and having a speedfreaks mod done to my ride plate. I have an 06 RXT with the mods listed in my signature. I am turning 8140 before it starts to get heat soaked and drops RPMs off. I was hoping someone on here that has done this mod could give me an idea of what to do with the prop. Like doing those mods should give you about 200 RPMs and you would need to add 2mm to your trailing edge etc Just a general idea...

    I have a 14/19 and for the RXT I am not sure I can swing a 15/20
