Try starting it by shorting the two heavy studs on the solenoids without pressing the Start button. There will be sparks, so use a firm hand and don't touch the tool to anything else, just this two studs.

Does it start and stay running?

Another test is to unplug and bypass the LR-503 Start/Stop module. Details via my signature links.

and i swapped the LR module with a good one off another bike

It means you probably need a new solenoid.

Did you try bypassing the LR-503 module? See if the Start button works and engine runs with the module out of the system.

its not the solenoid because it starts with the button so its doing its job sending power to the starter its just that u had to hold the button down to keep it running. but now out of no where it starts and runs with the button like it should.
yes i swapped the module to my other bike that runs fine it starts with this one in it and the bike with the problem didnt change with the good one

The solenoid has an internal diode that is there to suppress a voltage spike when you release the start button.

If the internal diode gets fried then the voltage spike can shut off the ignition when you release the start button.

The original black body solenoids, in addition to being unreliable, also did not have the diode. Polaris issused an add-on diode fix, then the solenoid itself was updated with the diode inside the newer version.

This is why I suggested you replace the solenoid with a new one.

Is the current solenoid black with a metal backing plate?

If so, replace it anyways. The old black solenoids can fail at any time, and when it fails it can jam in the cranking position where it will continue to crank the starter until the battery is completely exhausted.

This can not only badly damage the battery, it can also cook the starter motor and if the engine is running also cause damage to the Bendix gear and flywheel.

On top of all that, you could end up stranded on the water somewhere.

Replace the solenoid if it is black color with a metal backing plate.
