I would avoid the 5200 if you ever want to remove it again.

5200 is fine. I'm actually bothered by how easy it DOES remove..... For being "permanet" and all.

I used GOOP! Hasn't moved since it dried. intake and ride plate. its clear too.

I had a boat one time i was working on and the owner wanted the thru hull fitting removed.. it had 5200 on it and it was really stuck in there. we took a sledge hammer and pounded out the thru hull fitting. yes a sledge hammer and when it did come out,the hull around the fitting busted out along with the fitting and the 5200 was still stuck on the fitting and the surrounding glass. we glassed over everything anyways because he was going with a bigger fitting somewhere else.. never seen sealant hold on so hard. it was still stuck around the fitting and the surrounding busted glass.

if you use 5200 ever in the future, let it dry 24 hours first before splashing whatever..
