Intercooler pressure testing
Hey guys, quick question, we are just finishing up a rebuild on an 05 R12X after the previous owner failed to divulge water ingestion. Lower end was fine but we still installed new bearings throughout. The head needed a few new valves from sitting and not being flushed properly so we had the head redone with updated springs as well. Anyways, we're going to pressure test the exhaust and intercooler and were wondering at what pressure is best to test the intercooler? 10lbs? Not sure what the honda turbo boosts to.
Thanks in advance guys,

Stock boost is 13 PSIG and the water PSIG could go as high as 60-70 PSIG

The water ingestion is either a leaking exhaust water jacket, launched with the plugs out, broken plastic cable stop nuts and a spraying shaft seal [in the order of likelyhood].
