2007 RXP, trim button stopped working

Sup guys, took the RXP out for the first time in about a year and noticed that the trim button had stopped working. Is this a common issue? Anything I can do to try and get it fixed?

    Thanks

BTW - the trim meter is stuck all the way down to the lowest position currently

sometimes the ecu looses its program and trim is a symptom...dealer has to hook it up to buds..or you could have lost the trim motor..check the fuse first..
