Any recommendations on silicone for the pump base?

I am replacing the pump base on my Virage TX. Is there a type of silicone I can use from home improvement stores, or do I have to buy something special?

3M brand 4200 or 5200 are well regarded sealants.

I thought those were both bonding agents as well as sealants. I think for this application all I need is a sealant, as the through-hull studs will provide all the bonding needed. I'm hoping there is something available at home supply or autoparts places, as I'm not really close to any marine supply stores.
