Wow!!! Hopefully, yours is just a fluke. Keep us posted on what your dealer says.

the Kawasaki dealer down here in cayman has two options #1. a race package which is $1000 dollars cheaper without warranty #2 package with warranty (but if you race) the warranty is automatically voided so i got package #1 because i do IJSBA races down here in the cayman islands so wouldn't have made sense for me to get warranty and then have it voided ) but just to make it clear i have not raced this craft in any CC races as yet !!!

Is it possible that it was damaged while on your trailer while driving?

Looks like someone tied it down in the back and wrenched the heck out of the tie-downs. With a ski this heavy you don't need to tie it down in the back, it's not going anywhere

I've seen a MUCH HEAVIER/BIGGER yacht's rear end coming off the trailer because the guy didn't tie down thinking the boat was heavy enough and the gravity would hold.
