Question GPR guages on an XLT????

Does anyone know if the 01-06 GPR guages fit the XLT & if they plug in or if with minor mods they can be installed. I've seen both & the housings are the same shape. Can anyone help?

    Doubt it seriously

On the GPR - 00-02 is one gauge, 03-04 is another, 05-06 is yet another.

Hmmmm... This is quite interesting for me... I have to check it out more because I have definately heard of GPR owners using XLT guages on their ski. Hmmm

A 2000-2002 will fit an XLT but you lose your oil level gauge, and your mode/set buttons. 2003-up might be a different story.

Of the two, the XLT is a nicer package.

If you have an oil tank still on a 2000-2002 gpr, and plug in the sending unit to a xlt gauge, it reads the tank level, instead of just an alarm.

Why would you want to do that? The XLT guage has more info then the GPR guage. There would be zero benefit.

I agree with u 100% there. Just purely curious though because of the simple fact that no one would expect a GPR cluster guage on an XLT & the fact that they're selling me one REEEALLY cheap

Well, if they do not work on your ski, let me know as I want to change out mine on my 02 as they are a bit old looking.

good question, i wonder because the gpr's are injected and the xlt's are not. i could not use the cluster from my 2000 when i did my efi swap with the 2003 motor. it would not start
