94 sl750 I'm toast, will I have to change the cam?
I guess I'm toast...
Will I have to change out the cam?

you need to find out why you fried the piston before you rebuild the engine. My guess is no fuel?
Scarring looks pretty bad on the cam, you might as well replace it. It might be more cost effective to drop in a used motor, rather than rebuilding.

Yeah, it looks like some of that piston material went in the bottom end and chewed on the crank. You'll need to pull that engine out and tear it down completely. You could get the crank rebuilt and one new piston.....or a remanufactured crank plus one piston.......or just drop in a new motor.
You are indeed lean on all 3 pistons. Either your carbs aren't set properly, you don't have enough fuel supply (original 1-outlet fuel pump), you have one or more plugged carbs, or you have a fuel restriction somewhere. You definitely need to find the source of the problem before you even think about putting another engine in that hull.
