    Cheap china-turbo VS Garrett/Precision

Im looking at changing my cheap china turbo to a more high performance Garrett/precision one. I dont have any problems with my turbo as it is, but it's the only "cheap" part left in the engine compartment. The turbo is gonna be feeding an APC Racing intake manifold... and it just doesn't give the manifold justice to feed it with a china turbo.

But.... What is really the biggest differences between the cheap and excpencive turbos?
Is it mainly durability or is the performance also effected? I guess the spool-time is effected, but that's not so important for me. I'm more after high HP and top end.
Will I see any difference with a Garrett turbo at the same boost-level as before (20-25psi)??

    Help guys

Any good "bang for the buck" turbo with internal wg, T3 flangeand 2,5" V-band exhaust-outlet you would like to recomend?

the big difference is in quality control. on the name brand turbo the bearings are tighter, wheels are more exact, balance has to be closer, castings have to be cleaner, etc. on chinachargers you might get one just as good as the real thing, you might get one that's only worth being a paper weight.
