    Need assistance looking for excuses....

What are some of the most creative "reasons" you have used telling the significant other in order to get away alone on the doo? Need an assist here as she always wants to ride with me. This is not a bad thing, but seriously hinders my ability to jump wakes/waves. I ran out of my own.....

Tell her she could lose a few pounds. She might kick you out, but you can now have more fun on the ski, haha.

Tell her you don't want her to ride and be sure to explain to her the truth with your head up and looking straight into her eyes! Not looking away while speaking Is always the key! LoL. Women are finicky

tuning....women have no clue what you do to the ski (engine wise) in the garage stock or modded. that way there is always a way to go ride solo. its either that or you buy another ski.

Simple... Tell her that being on the water makes you hungry. She needs to stay home and see that dinner is ready in a timely manner.

Oh, if that doesn't work, tuning usually does.

I have resorted to more extreme measures as 'tuning' only goes so long and so far. So I usually just take the ski to work and ride after. I learned that trick from another member TroyHeb. My ski sure goes to the 'dealer' a lot.

i have used it a number of times -- got to get the AFR right and leave half of the seat on the pier ride for a bit to make sure its right -- then come back and get the other half of the seat and head out when everyone is in the pool

Ya, go with that and let us know how it turns out. I can see it already. she'll be on her like this.

"Hi guys, I just got this bitchin' sea doo in a settlement. What I need to know is, well, how to put gas in it, how to put oil in it, how to turn the gas on, how to start it, how to load it, how to launch it, that's pretty much it. My ex used to do all that, but he's out of the picture now. Thanks." :yay2:
