Check out my pic, Is this normal

Bought my latest ski , 06 1300 with 26 hours. needed a crank and #2 cylinder and piston. All back together, and breaking it in on the water for about hour, and I notice
water in the hull. rode it with the seat off and see water shooting out of the plastic pipe on the exhaust manifold. Unbolted and appears to have taken some heat when #2 locked up. Owned 4 powervalve skis and an XR1800, Ive never seen this before.

the mating surface is so irregular the orings dont have much of a chance to seal when Im on the gas .

Cant count how many times Ive torn down a GPR. I could have sworn the early powervalve motors had this piece made of metal, but I never really looked too hard at the manifold until now. If I wanted a water leak, I would have put a factory pipe on this thing
