    Question pulling a tube?

    Will my sl650's pull tubes alright? What type of upgrades do you guys suggest to help with pulling tubes? im 225 and would like to be pulled once in a while also.

    Check to make sure pulling a tube with a 2 seater is legal in your state.

    That is almost the smallest Polaris PWC, with the smallest engine.

    I expect it will struggle some to pull a tube. May need to change the impeller to allow the engine to rev better despite the heavy water drag from the tube (sometimes called a 'high altitude' impeller).

    Does it even have a tow ring on the rear of the seat?

    +1 on checking what is legal in your area. Many places require a three person PWC, minimum.

    Really, good to know. I never would have thought about that. The ski has a ring in floor at the back of the ski, I assumed that is what it was for

    That rear deck hole is for tying the hull down to the trailer, not for towing.

    if the tow rope is attached down low it will drag in the water and kick up spray into the tuber faces. If you look at three person watercraft you will see a proper tow hook up high behind the seat.
