Anyone riding Lake Travis this year?

How low is it? still good riding? Can you get your skis in the water?

My folks are renting a lake house in August and we're going to go down and spend a few days.
Between all of us we'll have three skis out there.
Do you have to have a permit to ride the lake?

It's about 36' below full pool. Which is also about 25' below the normal July level.
