Check power (yellow wire) going into the LR23, it should be 15+ volts.
Check the power coming out of the red/purple wire from the LR23, it should be roughly 13-14 volts. It's the charging wire going to the battery via the circuit breaker (make sure it's connected).
If you have no input o battery voltage only from the yellow wire, test the stator.
If you have no output from the red/purple AND have the correct input to the LR23 (from the yellow wire), replace the LR23.
If you have the correct out-put from the LR23, check the wiring of the red/purple to the battery.
Let us know what you find.
I have 2 bucks on a bad LR23

Okay PH2ocraft just did all the checking Im getting from yellow 11.60 volts & 12.0 volts from the red purple wire do you think the stator is bad

O.K. that's not good, here are the specs to test the stator.

OKay Ph20craft just check the ohms reading
my reading are as follows
RED/PURPLE WIRE .6 OHMS
WHITE / YELLOW TO BLACK 223.5 OHMS
BLUE / RED TO RED WHITE 91.8
RED/WHITE TO GREEN/RED 516 OHMS
WHAT DO YOU THINK OF READING .
hEY AND THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP

LR23 = voltage regulator / rectifier.
i have good voltage regs here, and stator coils assy's also if you need.

In the voltage test from the yellow wire you state less than 12 volts, two questions.
Did you disconnect the yellow wire from the LR-23 when you tested it for voltage? Test the side that comes from the stator.
Did you have the engine running when you tested for voltage at the yellow wire? It will not produce 14+ volts unless the engine is running.
If you are getting proper voltage from the yellow charging wire, double check ALL grounds and replace the LR-23.

Just checked again 12.0 volts when engine is off drops below 10. volts when engine is running I've checked the grounds they are Okay

Verify there are no shorts, cuts, rips, tears etc. in the wires. Make sure all of the wires from the stator are connected to the correct spades at the terminal board.
I'd remove the stator and send it to Jet Ski Solutions where John can test and repair it if neccessary.
I still think yours is just an LR-23 problem, I don't know why...........as everything says stator.
Is or was there any water in the electrical box and is there any rust at the connections below the board in the electrical box?
