My Walbro gave out after one weekend. Had to put the stock pump back in to ride. Its a good idea to have a spare. New Walbro on the way..

Make sure you run the power off a relay, OEM circuit cant handle the bigger pump.

"hearing" and experiencing are two completely different things! Myself, and many others have put 100+ hours on Walbro pumps as a direct oem replacement.

Be cautious as to where you buy these pumps, as there are Chinese knock off's everywhere.... and you'll be lucky to get 5 hours out of them. I recommend people buy them from Summit Racing, as you know your getting an authentic pump.... and if it does fail you have a reputable company to deal with who makes returns simple.

I got one from Summit about 6 weeks ago. Great price fast and free shipping. The fuel pump died after an hour while riding and I was 40 miles up river. Luckily I had the OEM and put it in on the sandbar. I called summit, they refunded my money and sent me a new one for free. No issues so far. Bad batch maybe. Happy with it so far after the small hickup...

Dam, you carry a spare pump? Mine came from summit. 5 hours good so far. I did replace the hose segment.
