Digital Boost guage
Here are a few pictures of my digital boost guage. It converts MAP sensor outputs into a analog display. (Map sensor output is directly proportional to boost/vaccum levels)
I have it set so that zero boost is straight up and down (pic 2). When at idle, its shows vaccum(needle to left at about 1/8 and full boost is 7/8 display.)
If the SC starts to slip, full boost readings will drop.
The display is gasketed and sealed to keep water out. Mounting is just a 1/4 inch hole.

Wow, that is sweet! Where did you get it? Do you have a link to them?

Here is the link to the display unit.
I designed the simple interface from map output to the display.(Radio Shack has the parts (2 resistors and a pot and a little box to put them in so they don't get wet)
I would offer these, but I need to find a clean way to plug into the MAP sensor and feed the display without having to splice.
If I find that, I will supply all info on how to do it youself or I can make them.
This is the beta model, I will be adding numbers to the display to reference the level of boost.

This may be a dumb question, but what is the need for a boost guage? Is it just to detect clutch slippage before failure? With the RR HD clutch, this shouldn't be an issue, right?

Same reason cars have boost guages. It will see any drop in boost, be it from clutch slippage or BOV failure(in my case) or air leaks in the intake system.
Mostly it looks cool LOL.
