    06 motor into 05 hull

    hi there iam going to put a 06 rxp motor in to a 05 hull.the 05 hull comes complete with a blowen motor.the 06 is still being driven but the hull has been hacked.i am going to switch this over.i can take every thing from the 06 and put in the 05 or just put the motor in.i just ordered a candoo pro.are 05 and 06 electronics campatiable.could i just mate the mpem to the gauge cluster.would it just save me time to switch all the electronics from the 06 over to the 05.just heads up i will be selling a bunch of parts shortly.i pick up the 05 on july 16.

    Remove everything from the 06 including the gauge cluser, mpem, ecu, key, engine, driveline and pump....
    Then sell the 05 parts....

    will the 05 driveline and pump parts fit the 06.what i would like to do is the quickest way.the 06 hull is trash with 25 hours on it.the 05 has 40 hours on it and it looks like it is in great shape.i will not really know untill july 16 when i pick it up.thanx

    They are the same but you have to take the pump and drive shaft out anyway. On the electronics you should use all the 06 stuff and gauge. The gauge is very easy to take out 30 seconds.

    the 06 guage won't fit into the 05 hull, A few years ago I put a 07 gtx limited into a 05 rxp, i just cut the crank pos wires and switch them because they have different plugs
