    Carb Brace on 787 with Aftermarket F/A?

    Do you need one to protect the intake from cracking? I have one, but it makes adjusting the HS screw impossible.

    drill a hole in the brace where the needle is. not going to say no that its not needed because seadoo put it there for a reason, but it can be run without one as others have stated before. the 787 manifolds dont tend to crack like the 720 and smaller engines do.
