VTS Nut Tool: New Learning for Me
I know this has been discussed here before, but I learned something tonight on making the tool. If you use 1" grey electrical conduit (Lowes and Home Depot) with the flared ends and a paint removal heat gun - it makes the perfect nut tool. I tried a torch, but it was too hot and burned the PVC. The heat gun softened things up quickly and the flared end of the 1" Grey electrical PVC conduit was the absolute perfect size. I made it about 3' long so I could twist it out of the backside of the ski.
