Blow-off Valves help reduce wear and tear on clutch & drive gears of superchargers and eliminate heat soak in discharge tubes.

This topic has been beat to death on this forum over and over. The general census is no bov, honestly I dont think it has ever been proven to be effective one way or the other. You'll find thousands of post pertaining to the bov with not one solid proven bit of information leading in either direction, just theory with no backing in either direction. If i'm wrong on this one guys feel free to beat me up on it and I wont take it personal!!!

WRONG! BOVs have been proven to be effective in creating boost leaks!

Ok Craigo, been running one for two years (no leaks). I think a lot of people have tried to run inferior bovs causing leaks but no problem here with the HKS!

no problem here with a TIAL Q BOV best on the market.... SC CLutch issues of slipping have greatly decreased since installation.... only thing i did notice was acceleration in chop suffered because the BOV opening and closing all the time
