Most people, myself included, run the R&D grate with zero speed loss and much better hookup. I've never tried the ss Riva grate, but I'm sure it runs very similar to the r&d grate. IMO I would go with the r&d because it's very well tested. Plus for the price of the ss Riva grate you can buy the R&D grate and ppk.

Safety plays a big factor when it comes to intake grates. I would stick ith what's been known to work well and safe go with the R&D and you won't have any worries, Julio...

If I did it again, I would still go R&D.

+1 you can't go wrong with the R&D; they really nailed this product.
It was windy today; we were running in a lot of lake chop and I was enjoying how the Aquavein eats it up, very good performance and safe!

I know a couple of people who are running the Riva grate with no issues they were also tossed with stock grates as well. I've seen a couple of people on here mention buck with the Riva grates but then you have to ask how many of these bucks are actually "the buck", even with the stock grate?
